Amazing staff and friendly vibes. One night, I found myself in the shared lounge, surrounded by fellow travelers from around the world. Laughter filled the air as we swapped stories, just like a big family gathering. The staff joined in, making us feel like old friends. It was like being at a lively, international party without ever leaving the hostel.
Noisy tv room next to deluxe private room.

The staff at this hostel were absolute darlings, treating me with such warmth and kindness throughout my stay! The young ones working there were always ready to assist me, making me feel safe and comfortable. I loved how the general areas were beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. As a senior, I found the hostel to be easily accessible, with no stairs or long distances to walk. It was such a relief to have everything within reach and not worry about any obstacles.
My only wish for a better vacation for seniors would be to have more seating options in the rooms and communal areas. A cozy chair or a comfortable couch would have been a great addition, especially for those times when I needed a break from walking or just wanted to relax and socialize.

More breakfast choices would have made it even better.

The value for money at this hostel was excellent, with bright and modern rooms that felt more like a hotel than a hostel. The location was convenient, close to the city, beach, and supermarkets. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
The hotel breakfast could be improved with a greater variety of options.

They took care of every aspect of the hostel, ensuring that everything was clean and organized. The kitchen was well-managed with plenty of facilities and storage space. I also loved the free food nights on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The beds were extremely comfortable, with curtains and lockers for privacy and ample storage. The air conditioning in the rooms was effective, and the kitchen was open until 11 pm, unlike other hostels. The location was convenient with ample parking available.

The free breakfast, especially the Nutella, was amazing. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the laundry was convenient with its credit card payment option. the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. the hostel had a nice outside area with a pool, chairs, and benches where you could relax. the kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave and toaster. the WiFi was also reliable throughout my stay. One highlight was the movie room, which was really nice. I also appreciated that the rooms had A/C, although it was a bit cold for my liking. the staff was accommodating and provided an extra blanket upon request. Mumma's Hostel Surfers Paradise provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Cons: Can't think of anything 😊.

Had an awesome time during my city break! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to chat and provide assistance. The hostel had great social vibes, making it easy to meet new people and have a good time. The WiFi worked well, allowing me to stay connected and share my experiences. The location was key, within walking distance of public transportation and in a quiet area at night.
There were some issues during my stay that could be improved. The shared facilities, like the shower and toilet, were a bit of a hassle to use as they were often occupied.

The concierge service and tour desk were legit - they hooked us up with the sickest deals and helped us plan our days like pros. Plus, the free WiFi was clutch! We were Snapchatting, Instagramming, and TikToking all day long, no worries about running out of data. And let's not forget the evening entertainment, it was lit! We partied with fellow travelers, danced until the early hours, and had the time of our lives.
Honestly, the only thing we could've asked for was even more party vibes! Don't get me wrong, the evening entertainment was on point, but we were craving an even wilder scene.

Our stay at Mumma's Hostel was exceptional. The rooms were modern and spacious, with charger plugs near the beds for convenient charging. The outdoor areas were amazing, with shaded spots and a lovely pool to relax in. The free breakfast, especially the Nutella, was a delightful treat. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the laundry facilities were easy to use with a credit card. The Wi-Fi worked great throughout the hostel and we even had access to Netflix in the TV room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a comforting and welcoming atmosphere. we felt right at home and would definitely recommend Mumma's!
While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The shared bathroom with 25 beds could get a bit busy and inconvenient at times.

The hostel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the center of the city, making it easy to explore the area. The staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere. The spacious rooms offer ample storage and are kept clean and tidy.
The bathroom situation can be a bit inconvenient, as there is only one per room, resulting in potential long waits for a shower or toilet.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with cozy vintage touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for guests. As a senior woman, I was delighted to find that the hotel was easily accessible, with ramps and handrails throughout, ensuring my safety and comfort.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were friendly, I would have appreciated more help with carrying my luggage or offering assistance with any special needs.
